It is used, but has very little track time and is in good working condition. Left at the default DCC settings and is ready to run straight out of the box. You can also customize the decoder settings with many other features at your discretion. Watch the video for a sample of the sounds. Ready to add to your layout! Runs good in forward and reverse.
