There is no directions manual or original box. The train has been put together and not sure if there are any additional parts needed or missing. There are 2 small loose pieces and not sure where they belong on the train. There are additional pieces in a small plastic bag that have never been removed.

The plastic box is included. There is cosmetic wear to the inside and outside of the plastic hard box.
