This detailed Atlas Master Silver N Scale Alco FA1 locomotive is based on cab units introduced in the late 1940s, under a partnership from the American Locomotive Company (Alco) and General Electric. The FA series was Alco's foray into the market.

Over 600, 400 of them being FAs, were built from 1946 to 1956. Many of these saw service for secondary owners as late as the 1970s. This N Scale Alco FA1 features include a motor with dual flywheels, directional golden-white LED lighting and AccuMate(R) magnetic knuckle couplers.
