This unit unlike my other ones has an issue with it's circuit board, it runs normal in the forward direction but sputters at low speeds in reverse.

It does better at higher power settings in reverse. I would recommend using this as a forward facing or lead unit and you will be happy with how it does.

You can run this not only with Santa Fe, but these were also used very shortly by Amtrak in this paint scheme during the rainbow years. Yep, red warbonnet pulling Amtrak Phase I long haul passenger service. This locomotive is fitted with DCC and Tsunami Sound.

At approximatley 60 % power, you will get lights and sound, at about 70% power you will get the bell, and around 75% power movement starts.
